Our true nature is Freedom, Oneness and Love, but so often we are living as if we are imprisoned and separate. Awakening to the truth of who we are, is the most fundamental recognition that we are not what we think. We recognise that it has only ever been our thoughts that has built the walls of separation. Living in the world with all the challenges of our daily human experience is the unfolding adventure of discovering that all the boundaries that we have believed in are simply not real. Everything that has apparently separated us, has in fact never been any kind of real separation. Then there is only Oneness playing at this game of as if there is a you or me, or this or that. Then there is only Love.

The online format takes place on Zoom.

In this weekend, Unmani will hold guided meditations, she will speak on the theme, and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and have dialogues with Unmani. Unmani works in a way that is very intimate, using any personal sharing as an invitation to the Love that we are beyond it all. Everyone is welcome. No previous knowledge or background is necessary.
