If you would like to be a part of a regular group who meet to dive deeper into the exploration of the truth and how it is lived in our lives… If you have been touched by Unmani’s message and long to work more intensively with her, this deepening group can be a gift that deeply nourishes.
We meet every Tuesday at 5pm – 6.30pm in Barao de Sao Miguel.
To join the group, we ask for a minimum commitment to attend for 4 consecutive weeks so that we can build up a sense of trust together.
The group is limited to 8 people so that each person has the opportunity for as much one-to-one attention as possible.

You are welcome to come to this gatherings where we will meet in timeless presence, while also exploring how this is lived and embodied in our daily lives. Unmani offers the possibility for you to join a group that will meet each a week in Barao de Sao Miguel. She asks you to make a commitment to join for a minimum of one month (4 weekly sessions). In her experience, when we make a commitment, this provides the holding space for such deep exploration. This group will be an intimate group so it is important that all those who are there, are committed to the process.
Unmani invites you into the essence of timeless spiritual wisdom, with a contemporary approach that actually embodies this wisdom in your daily life.
Unmani guides you to radically deconstruct your preconceived ideas about yourself, and free-fall in not-knowing. She then supports you in learning how to navigate not-knowing, so that you can grow to be more present and engaged in your life.
Unmani holds the space for you to recognise, and then cultivate Awakened Presence in your life. This offers a radical shift in perspective from a ‘small me’ to the Oneness of Life itself.
Unmani invites you to ground this Awakened Presence in self-acceptance and self-compassion, so that all aspects of your human experience is welcomed and included.
The cost is €65 per month (4 sessions).
For 3 months advance payment the cost is €180
All sessions will be recorded so if you miss one, you will receive the recording of it. If you are financially challenged we can arrange for you to pay in installments as long as you pay enough at first to ensure your commitment.
