Participating in a retreat with Unmani is an intensive opportunity to dive into the exploration of your true nature. Recognise who you really are and then see that whatever happens, happens in and as that. Know this for yourself rather than simply believing what others have told you or what you have read. Together we will investigate the reality of beliefs or concepts that you may have. We so often long for freedom from the prison of thought.Losing more and more constructs means that life begins to feel more and more open and more alive.
This 5 day retreat will be held near Murphys, California in a very cosy and secluded property surrounded by apple orchards and with 2 swimming pools.The retreat begins at 5pm on the Sunday and ends at 11am on the Friday.
A Typical Day at the retreat:
9am: Breakfast
10am: Session with Unmani
11.30am: Teabreak
12pm: Session with Unmani
1.30pm: Lunch and freetime to relax, sit by the pool, go for a walk, socialise or be alone.
7pm: Dinner
8pm Session with Unmani / other group activities.

To confirm your place at the retreat a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made online, by cheque or by bank transfer. If you would like to pay in another currency or would like details to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please email

Cancellations
The deposit of $100 is non-refundable. The balance is due by 1st April, 2012. 50% of the balance will be refunded if cancelled before the 8th April.
