‘Dip Your Toe In’
…do you even really know what it is that you seek? Is it truth, or is it just wanting to feel good? Most people run a mile when they actually hear the truth because it undermines the very ground that you think you are standing on.
…No matter what contractions are felt, or what old conditioned thoughts say, you have the right to breathe deeply and fill yourself up with Aliveness.
…Doesn’t saying what we really feel or want, feel like a relief? Doesn’t responding or acting according to what the body is saying, feel so right? Acknowledging our true nature as Life itself is acknowledging that it is our birth right to simply be as we are.
…and stop assuming you can control it all, you will see what this Life energy does on its own. Risk living in wonder and surprise.
…as it is meaningful. This paradox is one that can never be understood, and yet deep down we all know it.
…It will only ever have an attitude that ‘I accept’ if it thinks that the result will improve ‘my experience’. An attitude of acceptance is only ever about bartering and attempting to manipulate life, and is a cover-up for not accepting. Life itself already accepts everything just the way it is, whether you think you accept or not. So who do you think you are when you say ‘I accept’?
…it will always feel painful and separate, because Life truly includes everything without exception. It is a game that Life plays with itself. Pretending to exclude parts of itself, only to rediscover the wholeness again and again.
…and anything that is not real and true. You are not new-age and fluffy, and not dry and logical. Who You really are loves so much that it chops the heads off both.
…If you find that you are trying to understand them, stop and relax. Don’t understand them.
…in here, there is no identity out there. Absolutely alone, beyond alone – no one.
…take you. Lose yourself. Then you’ll truly know what Love is.
…is to love and appreciate thought. It is limited, but it is not the enemy.
,,,to question the usual assumptions. It takes courage to admit that you don’t know how to be a person. It takes courage to feel whatever is here just the way it is. It takes courage to free-fall and risk being alive. Courage is your true nature.
…that everything is safe and secure, and that you are in control, really you know that you don’t know what the hell is going on.
…that you are taking life too seriously, just remember that you are a child full of wonder, only pretending to be a serious grown-up.
