One Week Retreat in Holland

Castle Elderschans is located in Aardenburg, the oldest city in Zeeland and about 3kms from the Belgium border.

There is a large garden with surrounding forest and river where you can take lovely walks.

Accommodation

You can stay in either a single or shared room. Single rooms are limited. Please note that if you have asked for a single room and there are none availalble, you will be put in a shared room and will be notified. All bedding and towels are provided.

Meals

All meals are provided and cooked by friends who will also be participating in the retreat. Food will be vegetarian. Please specify any dietary requirements that you have on the booking form.

A Typical Day at the Retreat

(although there may be some changes)

9am: Breakfast
10am: Session with Unmani
11.30am: Teabreak
12pm: Session with Unmani
1.30pm: Lunch and freetime to relax, go for a walk, socialise or be alone.
5pm: Session with Unmani
7pm: Dinner
8pm Session with Unmani / other group activities.

Payment and Booking

This includes all sessions with Unmani, accommodation and meals:

Shared Room: €655 (Early Bird price (full price to be payed before end of January 2012) is €600

Single Room: €955 (Early Bird price (full price to be payed before end of January 2012) is €900

Couples: €1055 (Early Bird price (full price to be payed before end of January 2012) is €1000

To confirm your place at the retreat a non-refundable deposit of €100 is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made online, by cheque or by bank transfer. If you are in Holland and would like to pay in Euros by cheque or bank transfer, or more information about travel, please email Adri at hello.adri@gmail.com 

If you would like to come to the retreat but have sincere financial difficulties, please email Unmani to enquire about discounts and helping out at the retreat.

Cancellations

The deposit of €100 is non-refundable. The balance is due by 15th May, 2012. 50% of the balance will be refunded if cancelled before the 1st June.
